Custom Software for Service Businesses

See it work
before you commit.

We build a working piece of your software in a few weeks, so you can try it before you pay for the whole thing. You'll see exactly what it does, what it saves you, and what the full version would cost. Then you decide.

  • One price, agreed upfront
  • Whatever we build is yours to keep
  • No obligation to continue

Sound familiar?

The problems you've learned to live with

We hear the same handful of problems from almost every owner and general manager we talk to. Most of them don't need another monthly subscription. They need the tools you already pay for to actually work together.

The schedule runs on phone calls

Someone spends half the morning confirming, rescheduling, and chasing no-shows, then does it all again tomorrow.

The work is done. The invoice isn't.

Jobs finish, paperwork stacks up, and money you've already earned sits waiting on someone to type it in.

Six tools that don't talk to each other

Scheduling in one place, billing in another, customer messages in a third, and your staff copying between them all day.

You can't get a straight answer from your own numbers

Want to know which jobs actually made money last month? That's an afternoon in a spreadsheet, and it's stale by the time you read it.

Too much of it lives in one person's head

The one who knows how everything really works is your bottleneck, and a genuine problem the week they're out.

Nobody will give you a straight price

Every quote is "it depends," every project runs long, and you've been burned enough times to be careful.

How it works

Three steps. No six-month gamble.

Start small. If the first step doesn't earn your confidence, you're not out much, and you keep everything we built.

Then

The full build

Priced before we start

The complete version, priced off what we learned in the sprint instead of a guess, because you've already seen the thing working.

  • A real number, not an estimate that creeps
  • Paid in stages, as work actually lands
  • Shaped around how you already work
Ongoing

Keep it running

$3,000 – $8,000 /month

Once it's live, someone has to keep it working and keep making it better. That's the same person who built it.

  • The person who built it maintains it
  • Improvements, not just fixing what broke
  • Call or text a real person, not a ticket queue

"Why pay for a prototype when I want the finished thing?"

Because the expensive mistakes happen when nobody's sure yet what they're building. This is the cheap way to find out. And the fee comes off the full build, so it isn't an extra cost.

"What if I don't like where it's going?"

Then you stop, and you still keep everything we built. That's the whole point of doing it this way.

"I need to know what this actually costs."

One number, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise line items at the end.

Who we build for

Industries we know well

We stick to a few industries so we actually understand the work, not just the software.

Also

Home Services & Trades

HVAC · Plumbing · Electrical · Landscaping

You already pay for ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro, and we're not here to replace it. We build the pieces around it: the connection to your accounting, the dashboard that answers the question you actually have, the thing your platform just doesn't do.

Also

Property Management & Real Estate

Operations and owner reporting

Tenant requests, maintenance scheduling, owner reports, and a stack of spreadsheets holding it all together. It's a lot of moving parts for software that mostly wasn't built for the way you work.

We also work with legal and veterinary practices.

Why Arizona Tech Labs

Local, accountable, and fast. Not a compromise.

Overseas developers

Cheaper upfront

  • The lowest bid you'll get
  • You're emailing at midnight, waiting a day for an answer
  • Hard to get anyone on the hook when something breaks

Off-the-shelf software

Fast, but rigid

  • You can start tomorrow
  • Built for everyone, so it fits no one exactly
  • One more login, one more monthly bill

Behind the work

I've built software for very large companies. This is the same care, at your size.

I spent fifteen years at Meta, Microsoft, Visa, and GoDaddy, mostly on the unglamorous systems that simply had to work, every time. I started Arizona Tech Labs because that kind of engineering almost never reaches the businesses down the street, and it should. If we work together, you'll be dealing with me directly.

Proudly Arizona

A partner in the same city, not a ticket in a queue

We're in Phoenix. That means the same time zone, a real meeting when it helps, and one person who owns the outcome and answers the phone. We're active in the local business community: the chambers, the Arizona Technology Council, the SBDC network. And we'll be straight with you. We're early. Our first clients get an unusual amount of attention because of it.
